Kasey has been an amazing and supportive trainer. I came into this apprehensive and I have loved every minute of the program. It has pushed me and I have seen myself challenged but continue to get stronger and fitter. It was the starting point that I needed and I’ll continue to come back to Arc and Kasey.

I joined this challenge at the last minute, I decided to do it with my daughter. It couldn’t have happened at a better time for me. I just want to say a few words about Kasey Evans,  being a 52 year old male going into a gym environment can be a bit daunting, then you factor in having a female personnel trainer and it would be very easy to say ” you know what this is not for me” This is not the case at A.R.C. Fantastic well equipped gym and Kasey although young really knows her stuff which helps you settle quickly and relax, ever changing classes so it never gets boring and Kasey always pushes you to go that extra mile, loving my fitness journey at A.R.C and with Kasey driving me i will only go from strength to strength. Bring on the next session.
