There is a three-year difference in these photos, as you can see from the first photo I have changed a lot physically!

After that first personal training session with my Dad, I started attending a lot more of his sessions along with joining a gym that I had 24/7 access to for cardio.

I started out trying to lose weight because I was uncomfortable with the way my body looked and felt but over time my body composition has changed as I have dropped body fat and gained muscle. As this happened fitness became about gaining strength and being the best version of myself that I could be rather than about losing as much weight as possible.

Yes, there is a physical change here but I believe that the REAL transformation is the one we can’t see, the MENTAL ONE. Throughout my transformation I have gained so much more confidence in myself, I wake up happy every day and I look forward to building a future and a career for myself!

The gym has not only helped me physically and mentally but it has helped me build friendships, a business, and a future for myself. It has also given me the opportunity to help people like YOU!
The gym has been one of the best things that has ever happened to me and I couldn’t be more thankful for the way it has changed my life around!

They say it takes four weeks for you to notice your body is changing, 8 weeks for your friends and family and 12 weeks for the rest of the world to notice!
