Have you heard of the juice diet trend that’s going around?😏 All diets will work for weight loss initially but it’s the maintenance of the weight and the upkeep of your bodies energy levels/mindset that’s just as important too!

I don’t believe that you can get all the essential nutrients you need from living on only juices all day every day!!🙅🏽 I have a Nutri-bullet to blend fruits and protein together to reach my macronutrients/calories for some days but I would never use this as my soul food source!! Please stop looking for quick fix diets just to fit in with what social media tells you need to look like, you will benefit more from sitting down with a meal, chewing and enjoying what your food tastes like whilst learning portion control at the same time!
