CLASSES

Strength and Conditioning

An all over body weight training workout in a circuit form for improvements in body tone, weight loss and muscular strength and endurance.

Yoga

This class uses breath energy for a moving meditation that encourages awareness of self & body. Great for those with little or no experience, injury or rehabilitation or anyone who wants to release tension & calm the mind. You will leave feeling both energised and relaxed.

Boxing

A class to hit something as hard as you want and learn some basic punching and kicking techniques on the bags and focus mitts with your partner. This class includes body weight resistance training.

Circuits

Push your way through multiple circuits with a variety of body weight, cardiovascular and resistance training. Ideal for toning up, increasing cardiovascular fitness and having some fun.

Bootcamp

Enjoy a grit style workout with a mixture of outdoor and indoor exercises whether it’s a class that will give you an extra push or that will get your heart pumping that you’re looking for than this class is for you.
(Every second Saturday starting 16th of March)

Group Classes:

– Yoga – $15.00
– One Class/week – $20.00
– Two Classes/week – $30.00
– Three Classes/week & Yoga – $50.00
– Four or more classes/week – $55.00

Personal Training:

Please contact me for personal training prices. We offer a range of sessions
(one on one, semi private, 45 minute sessions and 60 minute sessions)
